The Colombo Process: Regional Cooperation on Safe and Fair Migration
The Colombo Process is a regional consultative forum of Asian labor-sending countries, established in 2003 to strengthen dialogue and cooperation on the management of overseas employment and contractual labor. It serves as a key platform for countries of origin in Asia to address shared challenges and opportunities in labor migration governance.
